Alfredo Sauce Mary Batts

Alfredo Sauce

If comfort had a flavor, this would be it. This sauce started as a “let’s see if I can make it better than Olive Garden” moment and spoiler alert, I did. It’s rich, silky, and takes about as long as it does to boil the pasta. Serve it once and you’ll understand why my family never lets me skip this one.
