Method
- Mix dry ingredients to mixture above while gradually alternating with:
- ⅔ cup of water
- Once combined, place ¼ cup of batter in a greased regular muffin tin pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- When removed from the oven, after 5 minutes, remove muffins pan and place on cooling rack.
- After muffins are completely cooled, place in air tight container.
