Method
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Cream together butter, sugar and flour until smooth.
- Fold in pecans and salt and stir until combined.
- The mixture will be crumbly but will stick to itself.
- Roll the dough into ½ in small balls and place onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
