  • 1 Piece of buttered bread
  • Shredded Cheese to taste

Method
 

Method:
  1. Turn Oven Broiler on high to warm.
  2. Cook your bacon to desired crispness. Once cooked, place on a paper towel to let cool.
  3. Place buttered bread on a pan.
  4. Break bacon slices in half and place all pieces on buttered bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of bacon.
  6. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly (about 1–2 minutes — keep an eye on it!).
  7. Remove from the broiler, let cool for a minute or two and enjoy.

Notes

If you place a piece of tin foil on the pan, all of the melty cheese will stick to the foil and not your pan.
