Method:
- Turn Oven Broiler on high to warm.
- Cook your bacon to desired crispness. Once cooked, place on a paper towel to let cool.
- Place buttered bread on a pan.
- Break bacon slices in half and place all pieces on buttered bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of bacon.
- Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly (about 1–2 minutes — keep an eye on it!).
- Remove from the broiler, let cool for a minute or two and enjoy.
Notes
If you place a piece of tin foil on the pan, all of the melty cheese will stick to the foil and not your pan.
