Ingredients
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ingredients.
- Place in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes. Stir.
- Heat for 2 minutes and stir.
- Continue to heat for 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute to prevent burning.
- Once ingredients are warmed and smooth, pour into your parchment lined pan.
- Place in the refrigerator until solid.
- Remove from the refrigerator, remove parchment paper from the pan.
- Cut into desired sizes.
- Can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
This fudge is very smooth and can be served straight out of the fridge or allowed to come to room temp.
