Prep Time 5 minutes
Piping Time 25 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • cup of confectioners sugar
  • cup coconut oil - approx - use enough to allow mixture to be piped

Method

  1. Place dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Add in coconut oil and whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a piping bag..
  4. Cut tip off of the piping bag and begin forming chocolate morsels - pipe them to your desired size.
  5. Let them rest until firm.
  6. Place in an airtight container for freshness.

Notes

This mixture is great for making tiny morsels, regular sized morsels and even chunks. The flavor of the morsels can be manipulated by the type of cocoa powder used - example, I love to use a cocoa powder with expresso.
