Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend butter and both sugars until smooth.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Once thoroughly combined, add in remaining dry ingredients.
- Mix until smooth, no lumps and chill for 1 hour.
- Once dough is chilled, form the dough ball to desired size and place on the pan.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes depending on dough size.
- When removed from the oven, allow to rest on the pan for 3 to 5 minutes and move to the cooling rack.
- Store in an airtight container.
