Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream together softened butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla.
- Blend dry ingredients into the creamy mixture.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.
- Place two inches apart on a greased baking pan and criss cross with fork tines.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool slightly on pan before moving to the cooling rack.
- Store in an air tight container.
