Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line baking pans with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and both sugars until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in egg, vanilla and pudding mix, blend until smooth.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt, mix until smooth, no lumps.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and form a 2 T size dough ball and place on the pan.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- When removed from the oven, allow to rest on the pan for 3 to 5 minutes and move to the cooling rack.
- Store in an airtight container.
