Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Tomato Puree
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Method
 

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over a medium heat, then reduce heat slightly to maintain simmer. Simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure it is not sticking. Continue to heat until desired thickness has been achieved.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a clean jar. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour before using.

Notes

If you like your ketchup spicy, please feel free to add some of your favorite powdered spices, we love a little cayenne or some Cajun seasoning added in - so delish!!!
